Remembering my lazy weekends back in the US. After slogging through the entire week, weekends were pure bliss – and this weekend was a little special – We had the tickets to hear the wonderful voice of Shreya Ghoshal live !
But before that, we had to cheer up our hunger pangs, and it was then, in the awesomest of moments my flatmate suggested to drive to the university town of Philadelphia for brunch! Thanks to hi, we had our car collected from Enterprise beforehand – a comfy Chrysler.

It was a 90 miles drive from home, following the I-95S and NJ TurnPike. The initial traffic while exiting Jersey City got us a little delayed, but then onto I95 was smooth. Around 2 hours later, we drove into 13th Street. Getting a sweet parking spot was a little tricky, and 14th Street got us the option.

Post the sumptuous brunch, I was able to capture few memories while on a stroll though the town.
and then on, we drove towards the concert venue. Will write about the enthralling experience of Shreya’s live show sometime later.
